Xscale.de seems to have found a photo of the new XDA II which is rumored to be available before Christmas. It will run Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition, have a 400Mhz Xscale CPU, 64MB RAM, SDIO slot, and GSM/GPRS connectivity. Rumor has it, it will also contain built in bluetooth.
