The BenQ Pocket PC Phone seen at CeBIT 2004

As if there weren’t enough choices for Windows Mobile 2003 Phone Edition devices on the horizon, here’s a new one from BenQ as reported by MSMobiles.com at CeBIT 2004. It will be about the size of the Treo 600, but will include Bluetooth in addition to the QWERTY keyboard and quad-band GSM support. It will also have a smallish 2.8″ screen, and 1.3 Megapixel camera.

This doesn’t have WiFi, but as long as it has Bluetooth, I’d be happy. I like that it has an internal antenna as well. Looks like this will be the year of the PDA Phone! Next year, clip-on Bluetooth headsets just like on that “Minority Report” movie.
