More Specifications on the iPAQ H6000

MTekk.com has posted some leaked detailed specifications on the upcoming iPAQ H6000 Phone Edition PDA. It will have built in GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, and WiFi, but only a 144mhz TI OMAP 1510 and only 64Mb RAM. The rumoured release date is now May on T-Mobile USA. It’s also rumoured that this will be a consumer version where as a more powerful H6700 version will be released with a 1.2 megapixel camera.
