Like we’ve posted before, you can upgrade your imate JAM, HTC Magician, Qtek S100, or O2 XDA Mini at Pocket PC Techs for $199. Mine returned via FedEx a couple days ago and it has been totally worth it. The 64Mb RAM originally installed can be quite restrictive for power users. With 128Mb, I can now install multiple GPS Navigation programs, Microsoft Voice Command 1.5, Microsoft Reader 2.3, etc. and still have room for files and multitasking.
