Mio has announced the second Pocket PC phone with GPS navigation capabilities built in. The Mio A701 will have an Intel PXA270 processor running at 520 MHz, a 2.7-inch touch screen, 192 MB of memory, Bluetooth 1.2, SDIO, and an integrated SirfStar III GPS reciever along with Windows Mobile 5. It also looks like it will be much smaller than the iPAQ hw6500 series (the other GPS Pocket PC Phone available today.)
Would you rather have WiFi built into your Pocket PC Phone or a SirfStar III GPS?
