The Sprint version of the Palm Treo Pro is one of the first devices to include Windows Mobile 6.1.4. It also includes the new Internet Explorer Mobile which combines features of the desktop versions of IE6, 7, and 8 to create a new, extremely powerful, mobile browser. This also marks another first on mobile devices; embedded Flash animation support right out of the box. Previously, Windows Mobile users had been able to install Flash and get it working in some capacity. Now the support is built in! Take a look at the following video to see how it works.
As I’m sure you can see, the embedded Flash animation is pretty smooth. However, this depends on your bandwidth speed, as well as how much memory the page your are loading requires. You may notice some slow downs on very large Flash files and javascript intensive sites, but for the most part it works very nicely.
