Say you need to hard reset your Windows Phone 7 or simply buy a new device. When you sign in with your Windows Live ID most of your data will be restored automatically. In some cases, all of your purchased apps and games will also be reinstalled automatically. Sometimes apps don’t get reinstalled though or they’ll take a really long time. If you’ve forgotten which apps you bought or can’t remember which ones were trials, an easy way to find a listing of apps and games associated with your Windows Live ID is to go to the Zune desktop software, then click Settings> Account> Purchase History. You can also see what day you bought which app.
