Samsung Infuse 4G for AT&T Review

Last year the Samsung Galaxy S devices were a pretty big deal. These phones all had great Super AMOLED screens that outshined pretty much everything else in terms of contrast and power consumption. While the Samsung Infuse 4G doesn’t include Samsung’s “Galaxy S” branding anywhere, it certainly feels like part of that family. The Infuse 4G is AT&T’s latest and greatest Android smartphone, and the big deal about this one is its huge 4.5″ screen. …

Windows Phone 7 Mango to Offer Linked Inbox Option

Neowin has found a leaked screenshot of a new feature we haven’t heard about yet, that’s supposedly (and hopefully) going to appear in this fall’s “Mango” update to Windows Phone 7. There’s a lot of people who like the “unified inbox” feature on other phones and email clients where you can see all email inboxes from all accounts that you’ve set up. AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G Software Review (Video)

This video goes over some of the interesting added customizations and software bundles that we’ll find in the Infuse 4G. There are some additions and changes to Samsung’s Touch Wiz interface. It turns out, HSPA+ or “Evolved HSPA” has a couple flavors and different devices support different speeds. Category 10 implementations of HSPA+ supports 14.4Mbps download speeds under optimum theoretical conditions. That’s the type of “4G” the Motorola Atrix and Inspire 4G support on AT&T. Then there’s Category 14 HSPA+ …

AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G Unboxing (Video)

Here’s our video unboxing of the new AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G. The box is designed to mainly match AT&T’s branding and since the device is so big, it takes up the full height underneath the top flap. Inside the box are the usual suspects; Micro USB cable, charger, headphones, etc., but you also get a big Micro USB to HDMI adapter so that you can plug the Infuse 4G into an HD TV. The adapter …
