Chronicles of a Windows Mobile User Gone Symbian: Part 1

I was expecting the switch between Windows Mobile and a Symbian powered Nokia N95 to be kind of like switching between Mac and Windows; the commands are in different places and things look a bit different but when you look at the big picture, it’s pretty much the same. I was also expecting to see some really nice things along with some frustrations just as Rita Khoury mentioned in the discussion about her visit to …

Download Messages From The Last 14 Days

A couple weeks ago I posted about a new change from Windows Mobile 5 Professional to Windows Mobile 6 Professional where the ability to enter a custom number of days to download email messages has been removed from Windows Mobile 6. Now you’re limited to a finite number of options in the Account Options dialogs. The biggest problem is that there are no other options between 7 days and 30 days. Luckily, I have found …

Hannah Montana Lusts Over the Motorola Q

Friday’s new episode of the Hannah Montana TV show titled “Don’t Stop Till You Get The Phone” depicts’s the popular pop-star lusting over the latest mobile gadget and what she has to go through to get it. Maybe the show’s writers know something we don’t as their “Z Phone” depicted here is apparently a Motorola Q with holographic reminder announcement capabilities. I’m sure some of us can identify with the look on her face. Originally …
