It sounds like E-TEN’s G500 is pretty close to having it all! According to Pocket PC Thoughts:
It features a Samsung S3C2440 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB Flash ROM, a 2.8″ QVGA (240 x 320) 65K-colour TFT-LCD, quad-band GSM/GPRS support, Bluetooth 1.2 (Class 2), integrated GPS (SiRFstar III chipset with support for TMC), a 1.3-megapixel camera, a miniSD slot, a 1440mAh Li-Ion battery, and Windows Mobile 5.0.
It’s great to see more PDA’s coming out with support for TMC (traffic message channels)… and thank goodness TMC is beginning to appear here in North America as well!
