The XDA IIi is now available from O2 on their website. It’s basically the same model as the XDA II as far as the body goes, but inside it’s got WiFi, Bluetooth, Quadband GSM, 128Mb RAM, a Megapixel camera with night mode, zoom, and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. Very nice!
