There’s a rumor going around that T-Mobile will offer free GPRS internet to Prepaid customers by the end of the month. See the thread at Howard Forums. Post-paid T-Mobile customers already do have free unlimited GPRS WAP access which works for web browsing and email.
A prepaid account will cost as little as $10 per month. It also already includes free SMS messages and SMS email. Add free WAP access and you’ve got an excellent deal on wireless internet. A prepaid account will remain active for 90 days after your prepaid amount has expired at which point you need to add more account credit.
